Tribute to Indian Army at Lalbagh Flower Show
The Independence Day special Flower Show at Lalbagh will be dedicated to Indian Armed Forces and Kannada Film Industry.
Replica of PSLV, GSLV, Akash and Bhramos Missiles are displayed in the Flower Show. The Glass house at Lalbagh which is the main center of Flower Show will have a model of the War Memorial Amar Jawan Jyothi. and depiction of Soldiers guarding various zones Coastal, Deserts and Mountains. Flower show will also depicts military camps, air-borne jets, a helipad and a symbolic Siachin Glacier as well as Radars and other equipment.
Flower show also depicts a floral replica of Old Film Reel, Clapboard and Cameras for commemorating 85 Years of Kannada Film Industry. The film reel is 45ft long made of 15,000 roses.

Entry Fee: INR70.00 for Adult, INR10.00 for children
Flower shows are conducted in Lalbagh every year during the week of Republic Day and Independence Day. Flower shows in Lalbagh are conducted to educate people about the variety of plants and develop a habit of planting trees and conserving them. There will be over 100+ stalls in Lalbagh for selling plants
